Reason 4: Unresolved Conflicts
It's not just a number, it's a philosophy.
We've got 42 meetings a day, and not all of them are productive. Sometimes, we just get stuck. Like when Bob from accounting still hasn't sent over those reports, and Karen from HR is still on the fence about whether or not to let Dave from IT have Fridays off.
- Unresolved conflicts with our neighbors: They're having a rave in the building next door and it's been going on for weeks.
- Unresolved conflicts with our suppliers: They keep sending us the wrong kind of paper clips.
- Unresolved conflicts with our customers: They still think our coffee machine dispenses actual coffee.
We're working on it.
Or, at least, we're pretending to.
